The Form 4 students of Sekolah Menengah Paragon recently participated in a Motivation and Goal Setting Programme conducted by the school’s Counselling Unit in collaboration with Reddot Education. Through interactive activities and self-assessed motivation surveys, students gained self-awareness and enjoyed the engaging sessions. We hope the students will apply these insights to plan for their academic progress effectively by accessing their internal and external resources, as well as embracing a growth mindset as they approach their final year of secondary education.
