In conjunction with World Food Day and United Nations Day, Paragon International Primary and Secondary school students took on the initiative to fulfil their part in the community – by organizing a food drive for underprivileged families.
Parents, students and teachers worked together to collect food donations. Items included rice, oil, milo, and sardines. This small act of kindness made a huge difference in the lives of many. All of the boxes were personalised and decorated by students to show their love and dedication to helping the needy. Items were packed and delivered to the Pertubuhan Kebajikan Wawasan, Johor for distribution to families.
We are happy to announce that with all the items donated, 113 food boxes were made. There are many things to be grateful for, this activity proved how much we can achieve as a community. ‘One small act of kindness can make a difference in the lives of many.’
