  • Student’s Birth Certificate (1 copy)
  • Certified True Copies of Academic Results/ Final Report Card For The Past 3 Years
  • Parents’ Passport – Information page (1 copy each)

Applicants are scheduled for an assessment only after the application for admission is complete. Assessment test and interview will help in finalizing candidate placement in the most appropriate grade in our school.

Paragon School will issue a Letter of Offer for success accepted students. The payment of the remaining required fees constitutes the acceptance of a place and therein confirms the place for the child.

After enrolment, Paragon School’s representative will submit student documents to the Ministry of Education Malaysia to obtain a Letter of Support for Student Visa. The process may take about 2 to 3 months.

After receiving the Letter of Support for Student Visa, Paragon School will submit the student’s documents to the Johor State Immigration Department to apply for a Student Visa. The process may take approximately 21 working days or longer, subject to the approval process.

A mother is allowed to accompany the international student in Malaysia on a Long Term Social Pass (same validity with student’s Student Pass). Documents required are the same as Student Pass.

The validity of Student Pass is one year. Charges are applicable for yearly renewal. The Student Pass must be renewed if the student has not yet complete his/her studies. To renew the Student Pass, students must submit the required documents according to the checklist provided by the school.

When an International Student withdraws from another school to join Paragon School, the Student Pass that the student is holding has to be shortened by the previous Private / International School, if the Student Pass has not expired. Before taking any action to shorten the visa, students need to seek advice from the person in charge of visas at Paragon School to avoid overstaying in Malaysia.

Paragon School will help to apply for a new Student Pass on the behalf of the student from the Johor State Immigration Department. Student Pass is not transferable.
