Mosquito-related issues have long been a serious concern in Malaysia, spreading diseases like dengue and chikungunya. Existing chemical sprays or electric repellents can be unsafe and inconvenient. Motivated to create a safer and greener alternative, a group of Primary 4 students from Sekolah Rendah Paragon explored how solar energy and natural ingredients could offer a practical solution.
Their creativity led to the ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ซ-๐๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐จ ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ญ, a simple yet effective solar-powered device that combines a mini fan with a scent pack made from natural herbs such as lemongrass and citronella. Portable, eco-friendly, and safe for all ages, this innovation has potential for use during camping trips, outdoor sports, family picnics, and even in home gardens.
๐) for their ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฏ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐๐๐ฅ achievement at ICTC 3.0! Your fresh ideas, collaborative spirit, and thoughtful approach to solving problems have brought honour to the school!
